The Mature American Planning Company does not sell securities and is not affiliated with any broker-dealer or registered investment advisor. The Mature American Planning Company does not promote the activities of any broker-dealer or registered investment advisor. Some of the experienced independent insurance and annuity agents we work with do maintain relationships with broker-dealers and registered investment advisors. The Mature American Planning Company receives no compensation for and assumes no liability for the recommendations or purchase of securities and investment services from these broker-dealer and registered investment advisor affiliated independent agents.
Licensed insurance agents are compensated when an insurance product is purchased by a customer. The compensation is often in the form of a commission paid to the agent by the company, with no additional cost to the buyer. This commission is paid when the policy is initially purchased, and sometimes again in subsequent years. Compensation plans, including commissions, awards, reimbursements, and bonuses may vary by product and by each company. A portion of this compensation may be paid directly to the Mature American Planning Company, or indirectly to it through one of its officers, in states where appropriately product trained and licensed.
Fixed annuities are not deposits of or guaranteed by any bank. They are not F.D.I.C. insured. All fixed annuity guarantees are subject to the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company or companies you chose.
If any Terms of Use become illegal, unenforceable or invalid, those terms shall be considered stricken and deleted, with the remaining terms continuing to be binding and enforceable.
A competent financial professional should be consulted prior to implementing any course of action.
